These Terms & Conditions apply to chiropractic services provided by Monad, operated by Innate Health B.V., in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge these terms. Your statutory rights under Dutch law remain unaffected.
1. Appointments and Services
Appointments can be arranged through our online booking system or by contacting Monad directly.
Our services and current prices are:

Initial Consultation — €150

Chiropractic Session — €85

Deep Dive Session — €120
Prices may be updated from time to time. The price confirmed at the time of booking applies to your appointment unless otherwise agreed.
2. Booking Deposits
A 50% deposit (€75) is required when booking an initial consultation.
The deposit is deducted from the total appointment fee.
If you cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice, you may choose between a full refund of your deposit or transferring it to a rescheduled appointment.
For cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, the deposit will be applied towards any cancellation fee payable under Section 3.
The remaining balance is payable at the appointment unless otherwise agreed.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that circumstances sometimes change.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, may be charged at the full appointment fee, subject to applicable Dutch law.
Any deposit already paid will be deducted from the cancellation fee.
We recognise that exceptional circumstances can arise and encourage you to contact us directly if this happens.
4. Payment
Payment can be made by bank transfer, secure online payment link or contactless payment at the practice.
Online and contactless payments are processed through Stripe.
Payment is due at the time of booking, before the appointment or following the session, depending on the payment arrangement offered.
5. Insurance and Reimbursement
Monad’s chiropractor is registered with the Dutch Chiropractic Federation (DCF).
Chiropractic care may be eligible for partial reimbursement through supplementary health insurance, depending on your individual insurance provider and policy.
Clients are responsible for checking their own insurance coverage and submitting any reimbursement claims.
Monad cannot guarantee reimbursement by individual insurance providers.
6. Chiropractic Care
Chiropractic care at Monad is tailored to each individual.
An initial consultation includes a review of your health history and relevant physical examinations to determine an appropriate approach to care.
Individual responses to chiropractic care vary, and no specific treatment outcome can be guaranteed.
We encourage open communication regarding your health, treatment and any concerns that may arise during your care.
7. Informed Consent
Before beginning care, we will explain the proposed approach, including relevant benefits, risks and alternatives, so that you can make an informed decision.
You have the right to ask questions, decline treatment or withdraw your consent at any time.
8. Confidentiality and Privacy
Personal and medical information is handled confidentially and in accordance with applicable Dutch privacy and healthcare legislation.

9. Complaints
If you have concerns about your experience or care, we encourage you to contact Monad directly.
We aim to address concerns openly, respectfully and constructively.
Information about our formal complaints procedure and the applicable independent complaints arrangements can be found in our Complaints Procedure.
10. Changes to These Terms
Monad may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary.
The most recent version will be available on our website. Changes do not automatically alter terms already agreed for existing appointments.
